More reviews. Better rating. Stronger Google profile.
The problem
Allstar Breakers had already served a large number of customers, but its Google profile was not reflecting the volume of business or the customer experiences happening day to day. With fewer than 100 reviews, the business had limited social proof compared with what it had actually built offline. The 4.2★ rating also left room for improvement.
What Sam did
Sam helped Allstar Breakers consistently ask more customers for Google reviews and follow up automatically. Instead of relying on staff to remember to ask each customer, Sam made the review process more consistent and repeatable. That helped turn more completed jobs and customer interactions into visible Google reviews.
The result
The business grew from 99 to 317 Google reviews — 218 new reviews — while improving its overall rating from 4.2★ to 4.6★. This gave Allstar Breakers a much stronger Google presence and a better overall rating at the same time. The business did not just collect more reviews — the quality of the review profile improved as well.
Why it worked
Allstar Breakers already had a high volume of customer interactions. The opportunity was simply to make sure more of those customers were actually being asked to leave feedback. By making that process consistent, Sam helped the business build a much stronger bank of recent Google reviews.
